David Stevens is a Boston-based saxophonist and woodwind doubler, performing in classical, improvisational, jazz, musical theatre, and with the Jamaica Plain Saxophone Quartet. He is a educator with over 14 years of experience teaching saxophone, flute, clarinet, and music theory. He is an arts administrator, with experience managing ensembles, producing and programming concerts, and assisting composers. He is a writer, concert reviewer, theorist, arranger, archivist, and promoter of contemporary music.
